 Seoul Street Vendor This fruit seller was a typical part of the street scene in Seoul, Korea, when photographed on a March evening in the mid-1980s. The little shops, sheds and carts along the city's neighborhood streets were bright spots of color in the darkness.
This Kodachrome was shot hand-held.
Between the effects of a hand-held camera and the subsequent digital scan,
the details of the scene were soft. Processing in Adobe Bridge and
Photoshop retain the bright colors of the original and substitute an art
filter to enhance the visual impression that the location presented.
